It is located in Monteverde area, a green, quiet and safe area, near the Vatican and well-connected to the center of Rome. There are two lbeautiful Parks (Villa Pamphili that is the largest in Rome and the pretty Villa Sciarra).
The Home is just a few steps from the Janiculum hill in a quiet and well connected to the historic center of Rome, with buses, trams and trains (15 minutes). Near home there are many shops, pizzerias, bakeries, ice cream parlors, restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets.
Nice Home Rome is located in the Monteverde area, a few steps from the historic center which can be reached with a single tram (No. 8). Trastevere and the Vatican are within easy reach. It is in a strategic position to reach FAO, WFP, IFADThe nearest Tram No. 8 stop is Piazzale Dunant, at only 2 minutes walking from/to the Apartment and many Bus lines are in the surrounding area, to reach all major places of interest in the city.
Please note that we are in a central part of Rome and many destinations are easily reachable by walking (Trastevere, Gianicolo, Porta Portese). and the Nuova Fiera di Roma.
It is very close to the Trastevere train station which is only 30 minutes and 7 stops from the Fiumicino airport terminal, the ride is only 8 Euro / person.

Nice Home Rome was completely renovated and furnished with every comfort, it is on the second floor of the building with lift and consists of: a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a dining room, a bedroom with a queen size, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a living room with a queen size sofa-bed. At end a large and bright terrace where to have sunny morning and time for relax!
Nice Home Rome is located in Monteverde area, a few steps from the historic center reached with a single tram (No. 8). Trastevere area and the Vatican are within easy reach. It is just 30 minutes from Fiumicino airport and 40 minutes from Ciampino airport. It is in a strategic position to reach the FAO, the WFP and the Fiera di Roma.
It is very close to Trastevere train Station that is only 30 minutes and 7 stops from the Terminal of Fiumicino Airport, the ride is only 8 Euro/person. We can offer a free Pick up from the station to the apartment (5 minutes) with our own car!

- Data entered into the booking form, for example name, email address, real address is stored for a maximum of 365 days after the booking's departure date. This information is stored in encrypted form in our database so that only authorised people can view it. If you make a booking then by law we must store your PII whilst the booking is valid. Once the booking has completed, either because it has been cancelled or you have been checked out, then you will be able to exercise your RTBF by logging in and visiting the "Your data" page. Invoice information for completed bookings will still be securely stored in our database to ensure that we abide by relevant tax laws but you will be able to remove all other PII after the booking is completed.
