The apartment is at complete disposal of the guests and it is fully equipped.
For entry to and exit from the property, there are no timetables to be met.

Guests are given the keys (doorway and front door) that will be returned upon departure. In case of loss and / or damage to key the guest will be liable to compensate the damage.

Follonica, in Tuscany region. The apartment is located in a strategic position to visit cities as Florence, Siena, or nice places as “Le vie del Chianti", or medieval hamlets, archeological sites and to make excursions in Maremma park.
