Ideal for large families or for couples of friends, it offers privacy and space sharing at the same time.
The apartment has two well-appointed bedrooms with simple and basic taste:
- the first is a bedroom with double bed, with individual air conditioning and TV;
- the second bedroom has two single beds, a desk and independent air conditioning.
The bathroom has a large shower and is equipped with everything you need, including towels for all guests and a hairdryer.
Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. There is a table and chairs for breakfast and a TV. Finally there is a balcony overlooking the internal garden of the building.
In the large living room dining area you can enjoy your own meals and relax, planning the day's tours. Here there is independent air conditioning, a television and a comfortable and large sofa bed.
There is also a large balcony, where on warmer days it will be pleasant to have a drink while sipping a fresh aperitif!

Guests have access to the entire apartment for exclusive use. At the time of check they are given the keys and can access the house independently without time limit.

The elegant and residential district is well connected to the city center by an intense public transport network (bus and underground).
There are several supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and pubs nearby.
Despite the centrality of the apartment, the evening is very quiet and rest well!
Guests have access to the House for their exclusive use.
For entry and exit from the house, there are no times to respect. Guests are given the keys which will be returned upon departure. In case of loss and / or damage to the keys, guests will be required to compensate for the damage.
It is not allowed to bring unregistered guests into the apartment or without the general consent of the owner.

The house is located a few minutes from St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican, in a quiet and elegant area of the city. Thanks to its location and proximity to public transport, it is possible to quickly reach the Vatican City, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Trastevere, the historic center and all major points of interest in the city.
It is also possible to easily reach the main shopping streets of Rome!
Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (Fiumicino) 30 minutes by car. It can also be reached via the train station (San Pietro + Trastevere + Terminal Fiumicino).
Ciampino International Airport 40 minutes by car.

San Pietro train station 10 minutes on foot. Buses stop for the center or other destination at 1 minute on foot.
